Peru Decaf

Peru Decaf is a medium roast single origin coffee with notes of caramel, citrus, and a smooth finish, grown by the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in Piura, Amazonas.

• Tasting notes: caramel, citrus, smooth
• Grown at 1,100-1,700m altitude in clay mineral soil
• Fully washed, sun dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process
• Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties
